Your preview comes first. Payment unlocks the watermark-free version of that same generated picture.
What costs US$1?
A watermarked preview is free, subject to usage limits and availability. Each generated picture has an optional one-time US$1 original. There is no account requirement or subscription. Payment does not regenerate the picture, remove AI imperfections or extend its retention period.
Checkout and currency
Use Remove watermark in the studio, then review the Stripe checkout total before paying. Checkout identifies the operator as Richscripts Inc. The base price is US$1; Stripe may offer another currency, and your bank may apply conversion fees. Choose the currency you intend to pay and check the displayed total.
Return and download
After successful checkout, return to DualPaws and select Verify payment / download original. The server checks Stripe’s payment status before sending the JPEG. A success-looking link alone does not unlock a file. Keep the checkout return link private until you have saved your picture.
Cancelled checkout or a closed tab
Cancelling checkout returns you to the downloads page, where the free preview is still available while the portrait is retained. You can continue checkout there. A temporary reference may also recover the latest picture in the same browser tab. If that reference is gone, use your checkout return link. There is no account-based gallery or email recovery system.
Where is my downloaded file?
Check your browser’s Downloads list and your device’s download folder. Downloading a JPEG does not necessarily add it to the Photos or Gallery app. For phone-specific guidance, read the mobile website guide. Keep your own copy once downloaded.
Payment succeeded but the file is missing
Do not pay again immediately. Return through the checkout link and try verification again. If another request is being processed, wait a moment and retry. If the problem continues, contact [email protected] with your Stripe payment reference, approximate payment time and browser. Never send a full card number or bank password.
The 24-hour window
The download window starts when the portrait is generated, not when it is purchased. Expired originals are unavailable, and cleanup removes the stored files. Do not pay an old checkout or assume support can recover an expired image. For an undelivered or technically defective paid download, contact support to resolve the problem or review a refund.
