Terms of use

DualPaws is a creative photo service operated by Richscripts Inc.

Only upload images you own or have permission to edit. Obtain consent from recognizable people. Do not use the service for abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or infringing content.

A watermarked preview is free, subject to usage limits and availability. A one-time US$1 payment unlocks the corresponding original. There is no subscription. Review the preview before paying. AI results may contain imperfections.

Portraits expire 24 hours after generation. Keep your checkout return link and use the same browser to verify payment and download. If payment succeeds but download fails, contact [email protected] with your Stripe payment reference. Do not send card details.

For an undelivered or technically defective paid download, contact support so we can resolve the issue or review a refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
