Use DualPaws on Your Phone — Browser & Download Guide
Use the website in your phone’s browser. DualPaws currently has no native iPhone or Android app.
Open the website directly
Visit dualpaws.com in your regular browser and choose a studio. If a social or messaging app opens an embedded browser, open the site in your regular browser before creating a portrait so uploads, checkout and downloads stay in one browsing session.
Prepare a supported photo
The upload form accepts JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB per file. Some phone photos use HEIC/HEIF; export a compatible copy if the form rejects one. Keep the browser open while generating and wait for the preview before starting checkout.
Keep checkout and return together
Complete checkout in the session opened by DualPaws and use its return link. Switching browsers or using a private tab may mean the temporary portrait reference is unavailable. The checkout return link can still identify the picture while it is retained. Keep that link private.
Finding downloads on iPhone or iPad
Check Safari’s download controls and the Files app for a downloaded JPEG. The folder depends on your Safari settings. A download may be saved as a file rather than added directly to Photos; after locating it, use the device’s sharing or saving controls if you want a copy in Photos.
Finding downloads on Android
Check Chrome’s Downloads list and your device’s Files or Downloads folder. The exact interface depends on the device and browser version. If the picture is not in Gallery, first locate the JPEG in Downloads and use your phone’s file or sharing controls.
If saving fails
Stay on the downloads page, check your connection and available device storage, then try again. For a paid picture, choose Verify payment / download original instead of paying again. Contact support if a confirmed payment still does not produce a file. Save your copy within 24 hours of generation.
